4 weeks beforeBook the moving day and ask your landlord about parking for the truck.
3 weeks beforeSort out: sell, give away or throw away what you do not take.

1 week beforeTell the post, the bank and your providers your new address.
2 days beforeEmpty and defrost the fridge, pack a bag for the first night.
